Josh Sailar started his career in wealth management 7 years ago where his focus was on tax planning and investment advisory. Josh is a firm believer in client awareness and takes a consultative approach to wealth management. Josh knows that value can be created in myriad of ways if you know where to look. By combining a deep understanding of the client’s financial life, their needs and the planning opportunities available in the marketplace, Josh and the team and Blue Zone redefine what wealth management means by bringing a true family office offering.

At Blue Zone, Josh specializes in constructing and managing customized advanced plans for business owners, executives and large families. His area of expertise includes liquidity planning, equity incentive plans and tax management.

Josh received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Binghamton University. He holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 licenses, as well as tax preparer license. Josh is actively involved in local community rehabilitation projects as well as with the Magic Paintbrush Project, a non profit organization that spreads autism awareness and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. On the weekends he enjoys trying to relive his days as a Division I athlete by playing pick up soccer and surfing his neighborhood break in Manhattan Beach.
